Pre-Order Policy:
When customers pre-order goods, they acknowledge and agree that pre-ordered items are specially reserved for them and are procured based on their specific request. As a result, all pre-ordered goods are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation or request for a refund for pre-ordered items, only store credit will be provided, which can be used for future purchases.
Standard Exchange Policy:
- Start the return process within 10 days of receiving your item. Call us to book your returns, and we will send you a return address.
- Send the items back to us in unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Ship the product as soon as possible, so it arrives at our warehouse within 10 days of receipt of the item.
- We inspect all returned items and will offer credit for future purchases.
- We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
Exceptions to Standard Exchange Policy:
- This return policy does not apply to sales items or orders with incomplete payments.
- The delivery fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Promotional discounts and coupons CANNOT be used for returns or credit orders.
- The customer bears the cost of returning the item(s).
- A restocking fee of N500 will be applied to returns.
- Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error:
- If there are mistakes with your order or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
- Sending you replacement items.
- Replacing the product or issuing a refund.
- We’ll cover the cost of any return shipping.
Credit Voucher for Future Orders:
A credit voucher will be made available for future orders if the following conditions are met:
- Items are returned within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Items are unused, and unworn, with our tags still attached.
- Items are unwashed and packaged reasonably to avoid damage during transit.
