Standard Exchange Policy
With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 10 days of delivery:
1. Start the return process within 10 days of receiving your item. Call us to book ur returns and we will send you a return address.
2. Send the items back to us in unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
3. Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our warehouse within 10 days of receipt of the item.
4. We inspect all returned items and will offer credit for future purchases.
5. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
* You should note that this return policy does not apply to sales items or orders with incomplete payments.
- Delivery fee is NON REFUNDABLE!
- Customer bears the cost of returning the item(s)
- Customer MUST PAY a restocking fee of N500
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Oops…If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
- Sending you replacement items
- Replacing the product or
- Issue a refund
- And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
A credit voucher will be made available for future orders if...
- Items are returned within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Items are unused, unworn, with our tags wtill attached.
- Items are unwashed and packaged reasonably to avoid damage during transit.
