Bra Sizing Guide

Step 1: Measure your band

While wearing a non-padded bra, measure around your torso directly under your bust, where you bra band would be.

Add 2 or 4 inches to get the band size.

So if the measurement is 36 you are a band 38 or 40. Its up to you to decide your comfort zone. Some people like their bands tight and some like it loose.

Step 2: Measure your bust

Wrap the measuring tape around your bust. Keep it loose not tight.

Step 3: Calculate your cup size

Wrap the measuring tape around your bust. Keep it loose not tight. Use the below size chart to measure.

Example:

Chioma measured 35 under her bust and 44 around her bust.

Her band is 35+2=37. Rounded to the nearest even number makes it 38. So she will wear a 38 bra.

Her cup is 44-38=6 inches.

Chioma will wear a 38E
